We guarantee your shipment will be in the mail within 3 business days with a tracking email delivered to your email. Please see more details about our shipping/return policies/offers.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days unless notified otherwise, and have an estimated arrival time between 4-9 business days once shipped. Once the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided with your purchase. INACCURATE ADDRESS INFORMATION
PÜR Evergreen is NOT responsible for errors regarding inaccurate shipping info. If your address does not verify in our shipping system, your order will be placed on-hold while we contact you to correct or confirm your address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, PÜR Evergreen™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) for lost or stolen packages. We are happy to provide tracking information or any necessary documentation to assist with your claim.
If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 2 business days of delivery. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. PÜR Evergreen™ will contact the carrier to assist in resolving verified damage claims.
