Know what the national averages are in the United States for House Cleaning Services.

Right now it’s right around 50.00-55.00 in middle America

Make sure you are charging enough in order to be able to afford to charge a flat rate price

For example if you are charging $25.00 and hour and it’s taking you 4.0 hours to clean then when you switch to flat rate that same house may be cleaned in 2.5-3.0 hours for at least double what you were bringing in with an hourly rate.

When your charge flat rate you become more efficient and are able to clean more homes and increasing your revenue

There is also a Sq Ft price right now and that’s .15 sq foot

But remember that most people live “different mediums of cleanliness!”

So if you are charging .15 foot make sure you have a clause in your paperwork that states
